Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Lenox Buckhead

I have to start off with the wonderful young lady who checked us in. Her name was Crystal, and she was beyond superlative. She was so cheerful and nice even at the late hour that we checked in. She was kind and accommodating. By far the best. Location was great. The suite was very clean, nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was awesome. We had a lot of choices of food to choose from. Overall the atmosphere was nice and truly great value for our money. Would definitely recommend Crystal and this location oh Homewood Suites.

Positive: The AC didnt work. the room the hot. there were no air vents in the room. The AC unit was in the living room. We had to leave the bedroom doors open in order to get the little of cold air to flow to the bedroom. plus the air was obstructed. Negative: we were placed in an handicap room.

The service is excellent. The lady Samantha did an outstanding job. She had a nice attitude and she was professional. Samantha did excellent. She was able to hand me the towels and she smiled. Excellent service. But the when me and my family got the room, the tub drain was broken but the maintenance person was able to fix it.

This is where we always stay when in the Atlanta area, but the staff this trip was beyond friendly and helpful. Every question was answered with a smile, and management made a point to talk to us every morning during breakfast. The kitchen breakfast staff was delightful. Thanks for the wonderful service.
