Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead Pharr Road

Positive: Everything!!! I'd love to stay here again.Super clean and great breakfast options. Negative: Nothing!!

Hotel check in time is 4 PM. I am a Diamond Status with Hilton. My room is still NOT ready at the time of 4:23 PM and was told “another 50 minutes”. I have been staying at this hotel for last 3 times. I worked last night 12 hours shift and now need to wait for 1.5 hours past their standard check in time?!?!? This is ridiculous. The hotel manager Edger never reply back my voicemail. The staffs here is not friendly. If you message hotel staffs via APP, you never get response back either. Do not stay here. I will move to somewhere else next time. Do not recommend this location.

Okay this was THE cleanest hotel we’ve ever been too. I cannot tell you the last time I walked around a hotel room where the floors weren’t sticky. Just wow! They are so incredibly thorough! My son and I are allergic to dogs and we were so grateful for how nothing fabric wise set us off - just another testimony to how well they clean this hotel. The staff were all so friendly, the man who brought us extra pillows was so sweet. One of the ladies who made breakfast showed me where to grab a to-go box so we could pack a breakfast to take with us in the car. The breakfast was delicious and was definitely above average! They have a parking garage (which isn’t my favorite) but everything felt safe and well-kept up. And the fact that we were able to do our laundry in our own room with the availab

Crystal was the concierge that handled my check-in. There was a problem accessing the room as the key card reader on our door was not working due to a battery problem. Maintenance was gone for the evening. Crystal took charge and issued me another room quickly with an apology. My new room was nicer and bigger. I felt cared for, valued and APORECIATED as a guest. I also want to thank both Morayma (Mo) and Sam for handling my check out. I love this location. I am refreshed after handling family business that required a mental health respite. Yeaaaaah. This hotel gave me amenities to help calm my nerves and get some much needed REST. I highly recommend Homewood Suites.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was solid but they did struggle a bit on our final morning keeping the breakfast fully stocked timely but other than that it’s great!
