Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North

Jamiya was amazing at the front desk! She was very welcoming, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. Her smile was genuine, and she recommended great local spots for our family. She truly made our experience even better. The rooms were clean and spacious, with kitchens and a great view. I hate that the pool wasn’t open, but we made it work by using the BBQ pit and having a family day outside. The weather was great, the customer service was excellent, and the HOT breakfast definitely made up for it! There was a fresh bread selection, fresh juices, sausage and bacon, waffles, and French toast. I also loved that they offered an airport shuttle to get to and from the airport. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay, and anytime we come to ATL, this will be my go-to spot!

Manager was beyond rude I had 3 different problems and she tried to start an argument with me. Plus she dressed like she was going to go work in a tire shop changing tire and wore a hat a jeans like she worked in Motel 6. The young lady working there look like a real professional. I think the manager thought she worked at a truck stop Dec 27 2025.

I didn’t even take the shuttle because whoever answered the phone just was not specific about where to go, and I told them I was walking up to the shuttle pickup but was told to call when I was there cause they can’t wait but I was there….. so I just got a uber to the hotel had a couple issues that were somewhat resolved, my shower looked dirty and I asked for some type of cleaning supplies to clean it or have it cleaned but I was told I could not get any cleaning supplies and nobody could clean the shower until the next day, I showed a photo/video but they said the shower always looks like that but honestly you could not tell me that shower was cleaned and only stained I was literally looking at the dirt stains on the wall, safe in the room was locked upon check in and on my last night fr

If you own a pickup truck my advise is don't stay my Truck was broken into along with several others. This is the 2nd and final time this has happened. My advice to anyone don't leave valuable items in any vehicle to be safe or keep your windows down because you will be replacing a side window and in my case the door as well.and its happening to the other hotels in the area as well.
