This was the absolute worst room I've ever booked. There was mice shit literally everywhere, dog hair all over the beds, clumps of dog hair all over the floor, human hair clogged in the drains, the beds were covered in stains on all of the sheets!! There was a "deposit" that I didn't know about. It was DISGUSTING and extremely unsanitary... I booked this room for my family so we could go to a concert, we checked in, dropped our bags, went to concert came back saw how disgusting it was and decided to drive 6 hours back home because the room was so disgusting.. As we were loading our bags in my truck another guest approached us and was saying the same thing! Him as well as myself have pictures of both of our disgusting unsanitary rooms!! We went to the front desk for a refund and they refuse

I recently stayed there for work. The first room I got was disgusting, nothing like the pictures on the website. The front desk receptionist moved me to another room. That room was a little better, just stunk of cigarette smoke. I can honestly say I got second hand smoke from laying on that bed. The floor and room was filthy. I bought stuff to clean the room and floors, even bought plug in air freshners to make my stay better. I stayed because it was closer to the jobsite. I still have yet to receive my $200 deposit. Tried calling but they never answer their phone. I have mixed feelings about staying there or recommending staying there.

Terrible place to stay, a guy walked out and smelled of smoke, they say no smoking near premises. That’s a lie. Walked to the door and it’s has rips in it, the first light switch in the room didn’t work. The cabinet doors are breaking/broken. The floor was dirty and looks like it hasn’t been mopped for a week. They are charging $200 for incidental charges. Well they should have the money to fix up these issues if it was a person that rented because they just got all that money. They also charge another fee that wasn’t mentioned. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

First, the front desk ladies are the rudest inconsiderate, ppl. I made a reservation through booking.com I arrived at the hotel after working a long day I asked by get off some water they say we don't have any drinks. Ok ! The lady started rambling off while we're going to do a background check on you if you stay here and you can't have people here and you know you have to have a deposit and all this nonsense and then asked me for my debit card cuz she told me there was $200 deposit instead she charged me for the room again and then argued with me and told me it wasn't paid for even though I was trying to show her the booking.com receipt.. she finally said oh yeah here it is well I'm going to refund booking.com and send the money back to them even though she just took it off of my debit ca

I booked on a budget from moab to Salt Lake to welcome my new Grandson. I went to check into the hotel but it actually was like Fort knox. My companion did not have any ID with him but had his many credit cards. But according to the hotel he wasn't even allowed on the premises, even though he has to use a walker or a cane to even walk. They wanted him off of the premises immediately. So I canceled the reservation and to my disappointment have to wait till the next day to even get a refund, but couldn't stay . The 165+ 200 deposit. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! I was happy and lucky to have found another hotel with cleaner rooms affordable, and pleasant!!! For a few extra bucks! The customer service was lack luster at best, RUDE AND NOT ACCOMMODATING NOT WORTH IT!!
