Positive: The staff was great Negative: The room was dirty and hair and dirt was in the tub

1st of aLLL let me start off by saying ....oh 2tha no... h*LL 2 tha naw... and what 2 tha fa? Tha Front desk lady was soo rude she talked to us like she wanted us to catch a penitentiary case she made us wait over 45 minutes to check in then told me that there would be a $50 deposit for the room (after I had already paid evaray-thang due to the 3rd party that morning). Spite the 3rd party website saying there was no hidden fees or extra fees. When we got in the room there were roaches galore baby okay. Big roaches small roaches pregnant roaches tall roaches ...got me sounding like Dr. SeussThen the toilet stopped up was told to come get the plunger cause there was no maintenance but housekeeping was there though y'all... Smh.. and I had to booboo bad and my baby had boo boo'd in his pull

I stayed here for a few weeks before moving into my new place. I was a bit nervous at first, but as I got to know the staff, I quickly began to feel at home. The morning and night crews, along with the maintenance team, are all attentive, supportive, and genuinely caring. They are always willing to answer questions, address concerns promptly, and go the extra mile to make sure residents feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a positive difference during my stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Atlanta – Lawrenceville. I booked a two-day stay, but I was told I couldn’t stay because of their pet policy. What makes this even more frustrating is that I personally saw another guest with a cat on the property, so the policy clearly wasn’t enforced consistently. On top of that, I was never refunded for Monday, even though I wasn’t allowed to stay. I tried to resolve this, but I kept getting the runaround and no clear answers. Being charged for a night you couldn’t stay is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of fairness, poor communication, and failure to issue a refund makes this place very unreliable. I would not recommend staying here if you expect clear policies or honest customer service.

This was a great stay overall. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The environment felt like home, which I really appreciated. Washer and dryer machines on site made everything even more convenient. Highly recommend.
