Comfort Suites Northside Hospital Gwinnett

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Completely updated. The water pressure wasn't strong if that's important. The breakfast was decent but they dont serve bacon

The hotel has great rooms and comfortable beds. The one thing I would suggest to management is to up their game with the breakfast. They should offer a little more, maybe alternate sausage and bacon and add biscuits and gravy. Also, the waffle batter doesn't taste quite right. If the breakfast was better this hotel would get 5 from me.

How would you like to wakeup at 4:30 am to take a shower, with no hot water? Yes they offered another room on the next floor, but who wants to move their stuff at that time of day? I did accept a key to go take a shower on the second floor, but the room was cold, no heat had been on. I asked to speak to the Manager, was told we don't have a manager on the weekends, I pushed for them to call the General Manager, of which they refused. I called on the Monday morning after my stay, leaving my name and number, wanting to talk with the General Manager, I called back again the next day. I never received a call back, only an e-mail 9 days later after I had complained to the Choice Hotels system, the Gwinnett County Environmental Health Services, and the Better Business Bureau. comfort suites in lawrenceville,ga was one of the cleanest, friendliest motels i have ever stayed in! very impressed with the room size and all the space, was so nice not to feel cramped!! very clean, very comfortable beds, adequate amenities

1st room dead bolt didn’t work. I asked for a room at the back of the hotel and got put in the front on the corner of the busiest intersection, punishment I guess for complaining. Toilet seat was completely loose. I will say the bed was comfortable.
