Mrs. Pauline was pleasant and professional. She greeted me with a smile each morning and inquired about my night. Room was cozy but a deep cleaning is needed. Stains on the window shade and on the couch. It would be a great addition to have a small convenience corner for guests to purchase snacks, water, juice or Tylenol. Breakfast was delicious, filling and offered variety. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had offered by a hotel in a long while. Overall the stay way great, relaxing and pleasant. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, everything ran effortlessly check-in was quick, the staff were professional and genuinely friendly, and nothing felt complicated. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, filling, and a perfect start to the day. The quiet street location was the cherry on top, because we slept through the night without any outside noise. For the comfort, cleanliness, and service at this price, I’d happily book here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was ok. The rooms could’ve been a lot cleaner, the tables & nightstands weren’t wiped down as they had rings from past cups. The shower wasn’t scrubbed as it had old hair strands. I found a roach in the closet. The WiFi was so weak it wouldn’t even work for the TV. The lobby had a weird smell every time I walked past it heading to my room. No laundry facility. So many issues, don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.

Not very clean-room smelled like smoke & was not well cleaned. The carpet was old and in bad shape. The renovations were obvious, but done in the wrong places. Toilet continuously would stop up and ended up being unusable. Lobby is outdated & tiny. The hotel is not reflective of most holiday inn properties. This was a last minute decision to stay here out of convenience & was chosen quickly online. Staff was courteous and breakfast choices were good. But, there are better places out there!!

We were met by a wonderful front desk worker (on day 2 of her job) who recommended a perfect Mexican place to eat. She was great. She also tried to get our TV stations working. Our issues were that the TV remote was terrible and not able to view stations easily. Then, the next day, none of the machines in the fitness center were working and worker did nothing to help. Finally, we noticed that the electricity in the room (next to the bed) worked off of the bathroom light, only after losing quit a bit of sleep. We did not notice until my husband's CPAP machine shut off in the middle of the night. We spent a good long time frustrated, thinking it was broke, only to find we had to keep the bathroom light on to keep the outlet, in the main room, working. This could mean life or death to someone
