The stay was pleasant. I would say the cleanliness and room amenities were the best. The staffs were friendly and helpful although I need to convince them for my late check-in to get to the room. Strongly recommend this place

We chose the location because of the proximity to our family and the great price. The room was clean and the house keeping staff was very friendly. Thank you! It would have been nice to have had two full-size towels per person but given the price this is understandable.

Quite a disastrous experience overall. My wife and I stayed overnight in Amarillo on the first stage of a multi-day road trip. Our check-in was handled speedily, although the owner/manager (Jimmy P.) could have been more friendly and welcoming. The ADA-compliant room was spacious, but very dimly lit. There were no chairs in the room, and when my wife (who has a slight disability) requested one, the manager reluctantly arranged for one to be brought in from storage (after initially saying that ADA-compliant rooms weren't "allowed" to have chairs). We told the front desk that the soap and shampoo dispensers weren't working properly, but no one tried to fix this issue. (We'd brought our own soaps and shampoos, so we used those instead!) Rooms are decent for what you pay for, only problem is how thin the walls are but overall, a nice location. Front desk ladies are what make up for this place, super sweet and always willing to help. Especially Abby, biggest sweetheart I’ve met and just beautiful inside and out, she’s been really helpful towards me.

Horrible place, I came at 10:30am to confirm my room and see if I could possibly check in. The morning girl inform me of the details 4 adults 2 beds one sofa bed, only issue was to wait for room to be cleaned. Morning girl even gave me room number but she only had to cleaning people and 20 rooms. Morning girl said she be here a little past 3. Came back at 4pm and Horrible Horrible woman was now at front desk she sent morning girl home at 12 pm she gave my room to someone else and the only rooms available don't have the 2 beds and a sofa. And no matter what would not make the situation right. We would stayed weeks and made the hotel some money but thanks to the Horrible person at 4:30pm we will have to take our buisness elsewhere
