This was a perfect hotel! We had a Suite connected to a suite which was perfect for traveling with 4 people, one being a 5 yr old. We could put her to bed and still have room to hang out in a family room, next to a kitchen and bathroom. The pool was clean and well kept. The rooms were super clean. We had an awesome experience there!

If You're planning a stay take notice of the cancelation policy. Booked a stay through the Hilton Rewards App, and had to cancel due to a winter storm. Hotel staff would do nothing for me and sent me to the Hilton cancelation toll free number which is closed on Sundays!!! Ive stayed multiple times at this property and was always very pleased with my stays. Beyond dissapointed with this hotel and there absolute 0 customer satisfaction. Springhill Suites next door would be a better alternative for the next stay. Let me be transparent and respond to your response. I did call the number in your reply and I was directed to call hilton"s 1800 number because I was told there is nothing the hotel property could do. Then the corporate staff also informed me there was nothing they could do

Positive: the staff were amazing! Negative: It wasn’t as accessible as i hoped Getting into the hotel. The cleaning staff didn’t really clean anything and I found other people’s garbage in my room after they “cleaned”

Nice clean hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, pancakes, sausage, cerals, bagels, juices and coffee. Very convenient location.

This is a decent hotel. Service was okay. Had to remind the front desk every day for house cleaning. Breakfast is edible i wont say anymore. The rooms are dated and they do not have smart TVs. Overall positive experience just not what I expected from a Hilton
