Overall the hotel staff that we encountered where great. They were all friendly, professional and accommodating. The hotel was clean and overall quit. The complimentary breakfast was adequate for my family and I, however if you are accustomed to more options you may be disappointed. It is also pretty close to the Sawgrass Mills mall as well as the Everglades which are both major attractions for tourist. The reasons that I rated only three stars are the parking and issues that I can only blame on the terrible trend of modern construction being junk. The parking lot needs to be desperately expanded. It is great that parking is complimentary however if you get back past a certain hour you will be destined to creating your own parking spot by whatever means necessary. Secondly we noticed mu

Newer hotel so cleanliness was not and issue. Breakfast was good and service was okay. Now for the bad. The hotel was built next to the highway and the owner definitely opted for cheap building materials. The acoustics in this hotel are the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I might as well been in a tent on the sholder of the highway. And every door closing near your room echoes into your room. Kids screaming, dogs barking you name it, heard it. Also if you dont get parked by late evening you will not find parking. There are not enough spots for the amount of rooms. I personally suggest looking for other accommodations in the area.

This hotel is beautiful and so clean and so new we will definitely be back for a visit. The only downfall is the breakfast in the morning the selection isn’t much or maybe they didn’t have enough or were missing like a shipment while we were there. I also did not get my water bottles upon check in as a rewards member. Overall great place to stay and we will be back again. The cleanliness alone is a reason to return.

The location and rooms are standard for the Home2Suites brand and efficient for quick stays. It is new so very clean. We stayed there shortly after the hotel opened for an overnight before taking an international trip and unfortunately one of the brand new arm chairs in the lobby broke most likely due to incorrect assembly, when a family member tried to exit the car causing them to fall to the ground and injure their wrist, hip and back. Unfortunately, no manager was on-site and employees did not know how to manage the situation and vocalized they did not know protocol. They committed to have manager call us when we returned from our trip since manger was not scheduled to be on-site until 12 p.m.. There was no follow up or outreach. The negative reviews here HAVE to be from competing hotels or absolute lunatic guests who expected a $1000/night resort because this place is a BRAND NEW home2 with everything super clean and comfortable. Complaining about being near a highway is psychotic - this is a Home2 and you should’ve checked the location, not the Ritz Carlton. Free laundry is an incredible perk yet people have the AUDACITY to complain that “there’s soap on the floor” I stayed here for a while and couldn’t believe the crazy people complaining about the silliest self inflicted issues on a daily basis People come here acting like there should be a full time staff of 100 people like it’s a resort.
