This hotel by far is my absolute favorite!! The front desk staff make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in. Michael (front desk) is always friendly, exceptional and so patient with any questions or recommendations for dining or events. I always get a text after I check in welcoming me back and checking in to see how my stay is and if I need anything.|Dan (Buck) was so accommodating when I wanted to extend my stay.| I also left jewelry behind at my last stay there 2 months prior and reached out to Dan and he tracked it down in 1 day!!| Rooms are always clean, bright and roomy. This was a really comfortable stay. The room felt clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, which made it easy to settle in and relax. Everything felt simple, functional, and easy to use, which matters when you’re traveling. The staff was friendly, calm, and welcoming, and the overall environment felt quiet and well maintained. It felt safe, predictable, and easy to navigate, which makes a big difference when you’re away from home. It’s a great option if you value comfort, clarity, and a low-stress hotel experience.

We just finished up our 5 night stay and Home2 Suites in Smithfield is going to be our go to from here on out when we visit. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities including a dishwasher and full sized fridge, the biggest reason we chose this hotel. They also left us a welcome bag with water and snacks. Only issue we had was the bathroom door being almost impossible to close and open, it was a pocket door but we mostly left it open because of how difficult it was to move. The gym was beyond our expectations and had the laundry room attached which was super convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice. Breakfast was kind of hit or miss but to be expected with a hotel stay. Nothing a trip to Coffee Connection down the road couldn’t fix. Overall, a great v

Positive: Everything was great and staying there multiple days the breakfast change ups were a nice surprise Negative: I have been to this hotel many times and for some reason I have yet to find one that the shower door stays closed while you?re in it. I always have to shove a wash cloth in between the doors to keep water inside the shower

Nice layout. Staff was friendly. Room smelled like smoke and people on the hallway were definitely smoking. Not sure if the hotel staff can do much about it but it definitely had a big negative impact on my stay.
