Great service, very hospitable staff. Excellent stay all the while... during a very bad winter blizzard. Mr.Ashtun, Vanuu, Vin, Carol and all the other staff, they we're very accommodating from check-in until check-out almost for one month stay. We'll be back again, see you all in the summer!!

The room had the smallest flat screen tv I've ever seen in a hotel room. Our toilet was running when we walked in the room. They sent someone to fix it at 11am the next day. Water ent everywhere but we didn't get moved to another room. The bed is very comfortable and we did have a fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage bacon and waffles. If you need something on a budget this us clean and ok. I would look elsewhere next time just due to the tv size as it was hard to see laying down.

Very kind staff and the owner is so friendly. Everything is lovely. The rooms are cozy and the ambience is so peaceful. The enviroment is very good as well.

Positive: "" Negative: There was a smell of urine in the first room, but the staff quickly moved us to another one. Unfortunately that room had a different smell and a spider in the bed

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel in my life. Unprofessional and untrained staff. Was wrongfully charged for a no show after the manager confirmed in an email with me that our check in day was moved a week ago. Told that there was nothing that could be done and their manager was unreachable. Then they call their manager and came back telling me to call back the next day after 10. If we wanted to make a new reservation, then the rates have increased. Forgive me if I’m wrong, but if the manager was just on the phone and literally emailed me a week ago saying my check in day was today and not yesterday, couldn’t they have had the human decency to talk to me then? Remember, they are the ones that made this mistake. Literally getting married and have nowhere to stay. Michael and Ashvi
