Home2 Suites by Hilton New Braunfels

Absolutely loved my stay here. Beds were comfortable and the entire room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette area was quite big with a full size fridge and sink. Breakfast was good, there were these little spinach egg pastries that were delicious. Gym was clean and well equipped with weights, pelotón, and cable machine. My kids said this was the best hotel in our road trip.

Excellent place to stay! The entire hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious and have a mini kitchen with medium size fridge which allowd for us to do a little grocery shopping at the near by HEB. The kitchens also have a dishwasher, sink, dishes, and an electric cook top by requesting the unit from the front desk. The TV has plenty of shows to watch, like "The Office" and access to YouTube to watch your favorite influencer. The location is AMAZING. I had chosen this location based off of the HEB near by but had no idea that there would be a TON of shopping. Just to name a few: Sprouts, Dick's Sporting Goods, Home Goods, Best Buy, Five and Below, and of course the Texas famous Bucees'. The front desk staff is approachable and helpful. The hotel is newly built The cleanliness was average at best The mirror has toothpaste spots and the sink had old hair from previous visitor The refrigerator stopped working and we lost all of our food. The first day the maid service made up the beds and freshen the towels the second day no one came( Mon Feb 9). This is the day the refrigerator stopped working. The breakfast was very good with multiply selections each day. Beds and blankets are very good Cleanliness and the refrigerator was disappointing.

Extremely disappointed with this Hilton Home 2 hotel. I would not stay there again. This is a good hotel with families with YOUNG KIDS… BUT definitely NOT for older adults with no young children !!! “ Free Breakfast “ would rate a 2 on scale of 1-10. Rooms were large and clean. Noise was over the top. People above our room had kids jumping From the bed at 6:30-7:00; plus running pall over the room - impossible to sleep. Recommend they put all older adults on the 4th floor!!! Front desk folks were polite, but very young and inexperienced. They need an older manager there at all times !!! Definitely will stay at Marriott Hotels from here on out!!! If you are over 50, with no 1-8 year old kids - don’t stay at this hotel !!

Perfect hotel for my family of 6! Plenty of space in the suite, beds were AMAZING, bathroom was huge and everything was very clean! The front desk was very helpful when I called a day later letting them know I had left my daughter's boppy pillow there (nursing pillow) and called me to let me know they found it! I was so upset and crying but they made sure to find it and keep it for me until I got it shipped back. 10/10 recommend this hotel!
