Traveling with our dog. We definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean. Employees friendly. Pet fee is reasonable. Easy access off of I-75. Would certainly stay here again.

My teenage son and I stayed here on a road trip to Atlanta. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. They had signs in the elevators asking people to be mindful of others and not to slam the room doors, which I really appreciated! The breakfast was great and had real dishes. It’s easy access to 75 and lots of different food options nearby. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!

This has always been my favorite place to stay in Macon. The customer service is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming, the suites are spacious, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful amenities provided for Hilton Diamond members. However, during my two most recent stays, I have experienced a significant bug issue. I am currently on day three of a five-day stay and have had to kill bugs daily since arriving—specifically stink bugs and ladybugs throughout the room. I was informed that, because the hotel is pet-friendly, certain extermination methods are not used; however, this level of infestation is unacceptable and requires attention. This experience has been very disappointing, especially given my previously positive experiences at this property.

What can I say? Home2 Suites Macon I-75 North is truly an exceptional place to stay, especially if you’re in town for business. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable and clean — the perfect home away from home. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Xavier and Jeremiah at the Front Desk, who typically work the evening shift. Their customer service went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue, and their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. I’m truly grateful for both of them and the entire team at this location. If you’re looking for a top-tier extended stay in the Macon, GA area, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. 1000% recommend! Shout out to Heather who was so helpful when we called the day after we checked out. My husband was in a panic because he thought he left his cochlear implant battery charger in the room. Not something we can replace quickly and if he can't charge his batteries, he can't hear! Heather went beyond the call of duty, checking the lost and found, housekeeping, and room, and even left up a notice in case someone found it. My husband eventually found it tucked in a pocket of his suitcase, not where he normally keeps it, so all ended well. We loved the hotel, very convenient and clean. Also like that we can use our streaming services on their TV's. Just remember to log out!
