Diamond member here and I stay with Hilton 3 weeks per month. On vacation and I can’t tell you how great Miss T and Tara were. Tara went above and beyond to make sure my kids were busy and having a great time. I couldn’t be more happy that the hotel I choose to stay at with work, was so great with my family during vacation. Miss T was exceptional during check in. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Miss Tara was over the top with her exceptional service with my kids. We absolutely LOVED her. Thanks so much Hilton!!! Great work!

I had a great stay at this hotel and would most definitely return! All members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.|My room was very clean, as well as through the hotel, and this hotel had the best gym that I have experienced in the Hilton chain of hotels. Everything was in working order, clean and there were the cleaning and wipe down amenities that one would expect.

I stayed here December 28 checking out Dec 29. At check in I was told breakfast was served from 6 to 10 am. I arrived at breakfast at 9:35 am and they were out of bread and pastries, hash brown potatoes, egg patties, fruit, and hot water for tea. I asked if they could put two egg patties in the microwave for my wife and I so we could each make a breakfast sandwich with two remaining baking powder biscuits. I was told they could not because they had more people for breakfast than they expected. The manager came over and I asked if they knew how many rooms were rented last night and she said they knew. I asked if they didnt plan or just didn’t want to make more food. She said their policy is to not make more food after 9:30 am. I explained that I’m a Diamond member whose employees use Hilton

Fantastic service from the front desk- so kind, caring, and helpful! The room was also clean, smelled nice, even had a full bathroom of amenities. I love Home2 Suites because each room feels like a studio apartment!

Never one to post and/or spew negative thoughts about others but that staff there is horrible. Two black women both funny looking, ones name is Andrea and the other took her name tag off to not show it. They were cussing and swearing at customers. Unacceptable. I asked them for corporate phone number and they refused. Told me and my coworker that’s not happening. We were up for work and had to relocate due their actions. I wouldn’t recommend that place to 10 stray cats. Hopefully management gets ahead of this because they will act out again. Horrible
