I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Check-in was quick and smooth, and everything felt organized and professional. What really stood out was the manager. She was incredibly helpful and super nice, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and runs a great team. That level of service made a big difference. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless. Overall, it was an outstanding stay and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Check-in was smooth, the room was extremely clean and comfortable, and every detail felt taken care of. Jessica, the manager, was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, kind, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. She’s a great leader and it clearly shows in the way the hotel is run and how the staff interacts with guests. This was a flawless experience, and I wouldn’t change a single thing. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful extended stay at Home2 suites Lubbock University. I was there for 75 nights and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I believe I was only there a week when I realize that the front desk attendants already knew me by name. There was always a warm greeting when I entered or exited the hotel. The complementary hot breakfast was definitely a highlight of every morning.

My stay was decent overall. The room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient and parking was easy, which I appreciated. Staff at the front desk were polite during check-in and check-out. There were just a few small things that could use improvement to make the experience better, but nothing major that ruined the trip. It was an okay stay
