Positive: The customer service was great; I loved the fact that the breakfast menu was different every day; and I also loved that they provided healthy choice free snacks (Fruits) 24/7. Negative: Better communication between the staff; my shower stopped working and maintenance did not communicate with the front that they had to order a part, so it left me with taking a bath which made it hard due to an injury.

Home2 Sycamore Dairy was once a clean hotel. The staff try to put on happy face, I guess they are drill to fool the guest. You can tell pretend from real. I'm not sure if these rooms, are throughly check, after every guest. You find things that have been left behind. I guess the head housekeeper is too busy, not to check behind whomever. Maybe she/he need someone to check behind them. The cost of hotels have skyrocket and cleanliness and pay attention is key. Maybe they need a new career.

The stay was great, no real complaints. The front desk and staff were beyond accommodating and the location was sound. The room could probably use with a minor update... Felt like a room from 2010, but it was clean, had everything needed, and comfortable.

Had some issues with my stay. Jessica, the GSM of the property contacted me directly and she addressed all of my concerns. Jessica was highly professional, sincere, and truly genuine. Applause to her for her customer service skills. Due to our conversation, I adjusted my initial rating higher, accordingly. Yes the property is in need of renovation, but the hotel staff is top notch and truly guest "caring".

Positive: Front desk staff Negative: Cleaning of the room, only happened 2 times for five days and the room was never vacuumed and bed was made by a 5 year old. Cleaning staff were not up to par…for sure not Hilton level
