This is a nice space. Rooms are very large with a full kitchenette, sofa and desk space. Staff were helpful. However, there were some damages to the dry wall in the bathroom. The hotel doesn’t provide conditioner, which is just annoying to me. The continental breakfast is pretty disappointing… yogurt machine was empty and bananas all extremely green. Not a lot of options. Also, they have a small convenience store where you can get a free item if you leave a 5 star review. I just find that unethical, so it encouraged me to leave what I believe to be an accurate review. As far as location goes, it’s not too bad. The walk to campus was much longer than I expected, but I don’t think there’s any way hotels can get closer. It is a huge campus!

Meatiest hotel I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. There were dirty dishes in the sink, trash in the trash cans, crumbs all over the counters, and pubes on the sheets and in the shower! There was hair all over the floor, and even a used bar of soap. I called the front desk to request a different room and was told no! Please never stay here! The hallways smelt like burnt hair and I was told it was because of the carpets being cleaned, so I expected to walk up to clean carpets right? WRONG! There was trash all over the floor!!!!

They have the best service you could ask for when staying at a hotel! I went to check in and realized I made the reservation for the wrong date and they were so nice and accommodating! They went above and beyond for me and my family on one of there busiest weekends as it was a playoff game going on! I am so grateful that I made a decision to stay there. Thank you all for your great customer service and Hospitality. They greet you when you walk in and give you salutations as you leave. If they seen you five times already they still speak as if it was the first time they seen you that day. Will definitely stay there again if I’m ever visiting again. You guys were awesome! The room was comfortable but the room amenities had not been restocked. The body wash container was empty and there were no creamer/sugar packets for the coffee. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were friendly.

What a wonderful place! Jonathan at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. My sister and I came to visit the town and see the University and asked for recommendations. Jonathan was able to provide wonderful recommendations and directions for exactly what we were looking for and even provided additional recommendations and activity suggestions for another local town. Our room was clean and tidy as well. You can tell the building is a little older and the walls dont block as much sound as I would like, but the place is clean and well kept considering. I look forward to staying here again when I return!!
