It’s a nice hotel. Mostly clean, though there was a Qtip left on the floor of our bathroom upon arrival. Our bed wasn’t made well as the sheets (including the fitted) came completely untucked while we slept. I remade the bed and this didn’t happen on night 2 so it simply wasn’t made properly.||Breakfast is good, love the yogurt. I appreciate the use of glassware so it’s not paper products being tossed into landfills. ||The pool is really nice. It’s just a shame that it’s always filled with laundry fibers and feathers from the laundry shoots that are directly above the pool. There’s a net so I cleaned it myself a few days, until a staff member saw me and seemed perturbed that I was cleaning the pool. I think a pool guy comes once a week, we saw him on our summer stay. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The cleanliness of the entire property stood out immediately, the lobby, hallways, and especially the guest rooms were immaculate. You could tell that housekeeping takes great pride in their work; every surface sparkled, the linens smelled fresh, and even the air in the room felt crisp and clean. The bathroom was pristine, stocked neatly with fresh towels and toiletries, and absolutely no trace of dust or residue anywhere. Absolutely the worst Hilton property I've ever set foot in. Guest services agent didn't even have a name tag... It was a female that had skin darker than mine, but other than that I couldn't tell you who she was or why she didn't understand that all Hilton properties are connected. I proceeded to exit after making a reservation for Dec 1 because she said it was booked. Fine, I went to the app and booked it for technically tomorrow... She said she couldn't even get a room clean for me until 3pm!!! 🤮😂🤪 They apparently are so short staffed that the housekeeping doesn't clean the rooms at all until like 245pm???? I had an a very positive experience with the Front Desk Manager, Keri. Its people like her that make me loyal to the Hilton brand. As someone who normally holds a Diamond level membership I am very grateful for the wonderful service I continually receive.
