HOLIDAY TRAV-L- PARK

02/27/2026 @apprx 2pm I was traveling WB approaching Holiday Travel Park when I observed a vehicle stopped in the 4-Lane. The only thing stopping this vehicle from being plowed into was my Semi truck. I put my hazards on, behind her, approached the vehicle to find a panicked Woman with a toddler. I closed the hood on her vehicle and advised her to pull off the highway...resulting in being parked out of the way in the lot of HTP. I then had her pop her hood to resolve her issue only to hear the Driver attempt to explain what had happened as she was berated and aggressively yelled at by the rude and highly obnoxious lady screaming at her this is private property you need to leave. This is the worst place ever. They have the police coming nightly for complaints about drug deals. They have bad trees that will fall on your trailer and destroy it, I have seen it happen and if you tell them about the concerns on the bad tree nothing happens. They require you to keep up your trailer looks but it took them 6 months to pick up the trees that fell down in the park. If you stay here, I hope you love cats, they have a wild cat herd. This place has a speed limit, but you don't have to worry about it because of the potholes everywhere, no speed bumps needed. The breaker that operates the water pump that pumps the water to your trailer trips every day, so you don't have water unless you have a water reserve on your trailer with a water pump. Very nice man showed us to our grassy pull thru site. Trees & shade and quiet, even at night right off Hwy 75. Mostly long-term trailers but we only stayed 1 night. Short walk to Mexican restaurant, with Mexican ice cream next door. Pool was empty,, 8/26, didn't see bathrooms.

Park is nice and quiet other than I75 being down the road. Park is cleaned, and maintained daily. Laundromat is clean takes coins only though. Lot fee is reasonable. I would recommend 10/10 to any of my friends or family.

Its a dump, let start with they lie to you and tell you that the price is X amount of dollars like 465. or something but they don’t tell you about the 150 for electricity, this and that they have no services besides the dumping of your sewage you pay extra for electricity you have to put $150 deposit besides what they’re gonna charge you I can’t remember the other charges no amenities at all. It’s right off 40 traffic all day long!!!
