Holiday Motel

Room very spacious but in need of being updated (nothing like any of the ones in the pictures). Fridge, with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker (it would be useful to have a small table by the fridge so the cords for the latter two reached the outlet). The carpet was a bit marked and frayed but appeared to be well vacuumed. Things seemed clean, towels and sheets fine. Bed was comfortable. The shower was over the bath with a nice big grab rail and the pressure was fine for me. Water nice and hot. Parking right outside my door. I was in one of the rooms close to the road and could hear some road noise but I was not disturbed by it. There were rooms much further back which, I imagine, would be quieter.||Basic but good value for money.

My husband and I needed to assume emergency care of his mother with advanced dementia. The plans we had to get her into a rehab fell through and we ended up desperate for a place for her to sleep while we're finishing the remodel on our house so she has a room at home with us. It was 1am and we were coming from the hospital. They gave us the perfect room with 2 queen beds, one in its own little bedroom for mom. They checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and offered to give us an extra day of cleaning per week. They refunded our security deposit several days early and gave us a discount when we needed to extend our stay. All in all, these are just good quality people. P.S. When they come make mom's bed, they always stack her pillows with her personal decorative one set

My fiancee and I had a great experience here. We were put in room #27 facing their little grassy area and we were completely relaxed and the shower was amazing. We don't have any complaints about the stay. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay at this independent motel. You can tell they care to keep the rooms very clean. My shower was piping hot and I had a fantastic sleep after a few days on the trail. Cannot beat the value of the Holiday Motel.
