Holiday Inn & Suites Tulsa South by IHG

Nice hotel, our only issue was the bathroom. Our shower wall still had a few hairs from the previous stayers. There was little to no hot water to shower with. I took one at night and the warm water lasted maybe 3 minutes and my husband took one in the morning and had zero hot water.

For starters, we reserved two rooms near each other. The staff placed us on different floors. They loved us to the same floor upon request, but still ended up on opposite ends of the floor. Not convenient for large families traveling together. One room had one remote for two tv’s. When asked if there’s a replacement, I was told that we don’t need another remote. The bathtub did not drain efficiently, leaving me standing in ankle high water during my 15 minute shower. Neither of the sinks in both of our rooms drained well. The toilets ran the whole night. One room had a duvet with holes through it. Sunday morning breakfast was awful. The food was cold. When I asked for new biscuits or to order something from the ‘menu’ ticket, I was informed that they stop cooking at 0900 (breakfast close

Unfortunately my wife and I did not get her name, but the biggest five star about this hotel was the woman running the front desk on this past Christmas Eve when my wife and I got there at around 4:15pm that day. She made us feel so special and welcome from the moment we arrived. She was truly such a delight and my wife and I hope she had the best Christmas.

The location was wonderful and very easy to access. The rooms were spotless and cozy, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and care. The staff were truly lovely — polite, smiling, and eager to make us feel welcome. We had a really lovely stay and we’ll be happy to return!

We stayed in two different rooms on two different weeks in January, 2025. Night desk clerk Kevin and day desk clerk Vanessa were outstanding. The restaurant person in charge was Doreen who was also outstanding.||Breakfast price is $10 pp unless they they really like you. Then it might be free. After breakfast the restaurant is closed until 6 pm. Restaurant evening menu is something close to bar food.||Our hotel rating overall is average. Sort of like ridden hard and put away wet. We did immediately notice that in two different rooms, at check in, the room's TP allotment was 1/2 roll. The front desk generously provided us with two rolls and extra towels on request. The room temperature seemed to be always 2 degrees off from the setting on the wall thermostat.||The hotel has no sign
