Customer Reviews
Great to have free shuttle from airport. The brekky was great. The beds were very average and not many amenities in the rooms. WiFi was also poor. Woken early by cleaners to clean the room but check out wasn’t for another 2 hours. The late night reception staff wasn’t super helpful or friendly.
Stayed here two nights in Room 408. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a family suite, which was a nice surprise, and the room itself had a lot going for it: updated fixtures, great water pressure, plenty of outlets by the beds, a mini-fridge, microwave, two TVs, and a Keurig in the room (plus fresh coffee in the lobby). The restaurant in the lobby is genuinely good, the fitness center was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. That said, a few maintenance issues stood out. The biggest problem was the fan in the room, which made a loud clicking noise all night and was hard to ignore. There was also a broken bathroom tile that shifted when you stepped on it, and in a few spots the carpet felt bumpy, like something was left underneath during installation.
We came for a work conference and stayed in a King Suite. The room size worked well for the 2 of us but also had a small pull out couch. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Overall it felt somewhat dingy but served its purpose. The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower smelled of mildew when it became steamy. I noticed part of the shower wall needed to be repaired and hadn’t had a good cleaning on the shower head in quite some time. Our mini fridge was loud and outside of the constant hum made a weird noise at times. Breakfast is not worth the $15 and there are no nearby restaurants either. Pool was cold, Hot tub was warm enough to sit but not relax. I would stay again for a work conference but wouldn’t recommend for a family or if you were going to spend more time in th
Positive: Nice shower, beds, sheets, pillows; nice you had change available at the front desk. Great checkin staff. Negative: Uneven floor in room was weird.
The pool is so tiny and cold. They charge you a fee for parking which is ridiculous. And one of the receptionists is so rude. I requested maintenence because my room has a nail coming from the floor and after hour and a half she said that there was no maintenence that evening. So then I requested a change of room and she was rude and mad.
