Holiday Inn & Suites Parsippany Fairfield by IHG

Yes my credit card was declined (it had been replaced) but I responded that I would take care of it tomorrow when I arrived. But in the m8ddle of my trip my fancy room was cancelled. Neither of the other two hotels I had reserved cancelled my room. Then a room they found for me had connecting doors and a loud vulgar neighbor for both nights. The fridge I needed for medicines didn't work and was smelly, though they replaced that quickly. Don't have your travel plans ruined by staying here.

It was a great stay for me and my family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The jacuzzi tub was clean. The restaurant was nice, but a little pricey. The breakfast was AMAZING 🤯. They have a hot breakfast and there is a variety. 👍🏼

Positive: Nothing Negative: Scam. I booked for 4, 2 queen, when I checked in, they want 30 usd, they said we have to upgrade.. breakfast included was horrible. Not good and low quality

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my stay at this Parsippany hotel was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They acted as if every simple question was an inconvenience. The situation with my debit card was a disaster. They mismanaged the payment, placed incorrect charges, and then lied to me repeatedly when I tried to get an explanation. Instead of solving the issue, they kept blaming me and giving contradictory stories. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional and dishonest personnel in any hotel. The hotel is very nice.However, the restaurant Fat Cactus that is connected to the hotel.I would suggest passing in by. We sat at the bar, and as an american.I have never been treated so poorly by the bartender.In all my years. In my opinion I was racially profiled.
