Hilton Parsippany

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. A special thank you to Hermione at the reception, who was incredibly kind and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Eric was also extremely helpful, especially in arranging and driving the hotel shuttle to our nearby office always punctual and supportive. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was enjoyable, with particularly good coffee. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would gladly stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Parsippany with my kids, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception staff were warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. They even offered me an upgrade, which was a lovely surprise! Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. Throughout our visit, the staff were attentive and accommodating, especially when I requested a late check-out. It made our departure much more relaxed. Overall, the hospitality at Hilton Parsippany truly stood out. I would definitely return for another stay and recommend it to others looking for a family-friendly hotel experience!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Parsippany and honestly it was a great experience overall. The hotel was very clean, modern, and had a nice upscale vibe without being too “stiff.” The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and the beds were super comfortable which made a big difference after long days running around NJ.||The location was also super convenient — close to major highways, easy access to Morris Plains, Morristown, and all the main shopping/restaurants in the Parsippany area.||Staff was friendly and helpful anytime I needed something. The lobby/amenity areas were really nice as well, especially the lounge and pool area. Plenty of parking too which is a big plus in this area.||If you’re visiting North Jersey, especially Morris County, this is definitely one of the better hotel choice

Positive: Beds were comfortable. Waiter at the restuarant was nice. Negative: The hotel smelled terrible. They did not have the room we reserved. The fridge leaked on the floor and we called to ask for towels and never received them until 30 minutes before checkout. The employees were not helpful.

Arrived during front desk shift change to coordinate check in for myself and 100 of my colleagues. The front desk staff and members of management tackled this very large workload at short notice with smiles all around and absolute attention to detail. Bella, in particular, is a professional of the highest caliber.||Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the lobby made for an easy commute to a wonderful dinner despite the freezing rain outside.
