Holiday Inn & Suites Lake City by IHG

Great location, right off I75. Our room was spacious and well lit. The bed was super comfy. Everything was clean clean clean. Beth and Ozzie at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. It was soooooo convenient to have a restaurant on site so we did not have to leave the building to find a place for dinner. And to be able to relax on site and have a cocktail was lovely, too - no drinking and driving! Thank you to Jason for serving us dinner at the bar - what a great guy to talk to. We would highly recommend this place and all the people we met there.

Toilet is not fully bolted down; thankfully not leaking. Shower wall shows collected residue from the mounted courtesy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. The lobby looks beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. The front desk ensures that I was informed that the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet costs $12.99; that's good information to pass on.

The hotel itself is nice but the room I was in said otherwise… There were stains EVERYWHERE it was so bad. There was a toothpick on the floor and even bugs in the bed. This definitely is not my first choice and I recommend going somewhere else. People had different rooms and may have enjoyed it but not the best for me. Everything except for the room is nice.

Great place for spending any nights. The room was big and very clean. Spoke with the GM Alexis and mentioned to her how great our room and the facility was. Will be coming back. Great location off the Interstate.

This hotel was a disgrace. I stayed at the quality inn next door 2 weeks prior while visiting my brother and the accommodations were decent. When we came back my other brother wanted a hotel with bar so we chose this one. The quality inn was $55 a night and I’d give it a 7/10, included a nice breakfast. This hotel was $110 a night, we had no hot water, we complained, maintenance man came up and said since we were on the 6th floor we were out of luck and the floors below us get first dibs on the hot water, then claimed the water was hot now and left, I tested the water when he left, lukewarm at best and cool in mins, he didn’t want to be bothered, we showered all different times of the day and night, no different, never hot.
