Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport-North by IHG

We stay was pleasant and comfortable. After we checked the head of housekeeping stop by and made sure we had everything we needed and the room met our expectations! That was awesome. The location is great as well. I had questions about the how the deposit and parking works and the manager Chris was patient and kind explaining it me. I really appreciate that level of care.

The outstanding asset to this hotel is its people. The majority of the staff were warm, friendly and engaging. We had such amazing interactions. Helpfully , they would go the extra mile. Problems are addressed and sorted quickly. Our room was exceptionally large with Queen size beds. The rooms do need some TLC and modernising though but the seasonal decor of autumnal reds and gold made the space inviting. The breakfast was very good. Tried Grits,(for the first time) biscuits and gravy. Turkey sausages are a great alternative to pork. The area also felt safe and a half-hourly free shuttle to and from the airport. Great stay. The staff at this hotel are PHENOMENAL!!!! Even at 1:15 in the morning, they were, patient, professional, compassionate and kind! And in a very few hours when I left my phone in the room and made it all the way to the airport, the front desk and shuttle driver went SO FAR above and beyond to help me out and make sure I had a great trip. The room was perfectly set up for us with tons of space and a little kitchen area. Terrific choice!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites on Virginia Ave near the Atlanta Airport for a business trip, and it was a fantastic experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms were impressively spacious, featuring a separate bedroom and living area that provided plenty of space to work and relax. It was great to have that extra room to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was another highlight—there were plenty of delicious options to start the day right, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot, made-to-order selections. Me and the family spent the night at this Hotel on Dec 12 2025 after our flight returned to Atlanta due to mechanical issues. The shuttle driver Frank was very cool. Beatriz at he front desk did a superb job dealing with frustrated guests. The hotel may not be as clean as you would expect and the rooms are ok. One of the rooms had a slight scent of nicotine but it was tolerable. If I had called I’m sure they would have changed my room; no questions. But I was so tired. I just wanted to sleep. It was 3am by then. Believe me: I’ve seen much worse. but the staff was friendly when we went for breakfast. This hotel’s location worked out for us because we had to go back to the airport at 8am. Again. Friendly staff, Beatriz was the best! And Frank was cool.
