Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG

We spent 1 week at the hotel and found it to be fair. The pictures do not properly represent the rooms. We reserved at an additional cost the Magical View room which showed a seating area (small couch) When we arrived there was no couch. (Photo attached) It is definitely not comfortable to spend 7 nights in a room with no where to sit besides on the bed. I requested to switch rooms but never heard back from staff or the manager who I later emailed. I sent another email to the managers email address and still have heard nothing. I did forward my email to IHG guest relations this morning. The building is a bit da ed but very very clean. The pool was not heated. The shining light of staying here was the breakfast. The selection of food/beverages was great and the food was just as good

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

Positive: Hotel was easy to book and most of the staff is very friendly. Negative: The front desk is rude and didn’t seem to want to work when other employees were there. I had packages arrive and she gave me two out of the three twice. I had to come back and get back in line to get the rest of my packages both times.

We hosted our niece’s 15th birthday celebration at the Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee, and everything was outstanding from start to finish. The organization and coordination were seamless, the staff was attentive and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. The food was delicious — so many of our guests commented on how great everything tasted and how well the event was run. It truly felt effortless on our side because the team had every detail under control. Highly recommend for anyone planning a special celebration. Thank you Armando, Luciana, Shakeira, Albert and Karol for the unforgettable memories!

Viviana and the Anaika made my morning start off excellent which always makes my day. Excellent. I personally think they both need a raise for making everyone smile and have a wonderful morning. That’s excellent service. Excellent customer service. Excellent attitude. The interaction with all the customers made everybody feel they were here for our personal service made it very personal and very enjoyable.thank you
