Holiday Inn New York City - Wall Street by IHG

I had an exceptional 5-star experience during my recent vacation stay. The service was truly the highlight, earning a perfect 5/5 for being incredibly professional and attentive. I was also very pleased with the quality of the rooms and the convenient location, both of which were reliable and high-quality (4/5 each). It made for a fantastic, stress-free trip

Great location! We found it clean and sufficient. The room and bathroom were both very small-inspiration to get out and explore. The room was quiet but AC was fairly loud. Restaurant is open but no breakfast vouchers were offered despite my Diamond Elite status. A few details would have made the room much better-on one side of the. Ed there was no reading light nor any kind of nightstand or table. Would have been great to have those.

For my friend’s first visit to NYC, this hotel was perfectly located for doing all the classic touristy things. The staff kindly upgraded us to a more spacious room on the 19th floor, and we really appreciated how quiet the hotel was throughout our stay. The staff were not only very kind but also impressively efficient—helping with luggage storage and retrieval, late check-in, and more. I was especially impressed by one staff member, Ms. Zaynah. In the middle of a chaotic check-in rush, she somehow managed to help us reclaim our luggage seamlessly. She expertly “played Tetris” with suitcases in the elevator and corridor, let us grab our bags ourselves, and sent us straight up to our room so we could rest immediately—without wasting a single minute. Stayed here for business as I have to go to Water Street and Fidi. I recommend this for a quick 1-2 day 3 tops business trip if you have business at Wall Street etc. Rooms are super tight, you might not be able to fully open a full size luggage. I only had a backpack and it was fine. If you're a tourist and with kids, this might not be the best place for you unless you just want to stay overnight or 2 to see the Financial District. Rooms have outdated plugs they still have USB A, TV is old. Hot water is working as i stayed during the winter. They use Dove as their soap body wash and shampoo. There is a convenience store about 50 feet (15 meters) for water, snacks, soda etc.

The Hotel was in a prime location to amenities, parking, subway and ease of walking places. The staff was extremely gracious and friendly always checking in on our family as we entered and left. When we asked for a fridge for to store our baby's milk, one was promptly brought and installed in our room. We highly recommend this place with the price, cleanliness and above all the staff. Thank you for making our first trip with an infant so seamless.
