Holiday Inn Johnstown-Gloversville by IHG

My family was visiting for Thanksgiving--a family reunion. As soon as we arrived, Brittany welcomed us and helped us sort out a few details. Throughout the weekend, she was professional, efficient, and friendly. Diane was at the reception desk at other times and she was a delight! The Holiday Inn was spotlessly clean--rooms and public areas. Rooms were well-thought out. We look forward to returning again soon. Thank you for helping to make our family reunion a special time for us all.

Stayed one night for a family function. Well appointed rooms though there are no good locations for hanging dress clothes. That didn't affect our short stay since we just worked from our travel gear but may not be what you want for a longer stay.

Called Johnstown to reserve room. no problem got room number and dates and confirmation. my office assistant goes to hotel to pay in advance. they can't find it reservation saying number printed from Holiday inn Johnstown and deny ever talking to person. had to make new reservation. the guy behind counter hair full of oil very rude and snotty. after a week when was going to stay called and tried to cancel because of business trip changes. told couldn't cancel over the phone but there was no record of my reservation. drove 3 hours out of my way to cancel in person. meet the guy with massive oil in hair. explained everything to him. really bad treatment by him. I was there the day before stay. he said I had to pay over $200 because I was a no show ( 12 hours before checking in ) I gat upse

I had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was top-notch. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next visit!

Upon entering the lobby I tried to spike to speak with Kyle and we are there for the conference. But I wanted to speak to Kyle about the rates for the rooms and they'll figure out what was going on. As far as like, do they have a weight room so on and so forth. I got shut down by both gentlemen. Their words very rude won't stay there. Think that the customer service well is non-existent go somewhere else.
