Holiday Inn Indianapolis - Airport Area N

First time here at this location and the rooms were very nice. I loved the bar and restaurant downstairs. Went to the bar both nights I was here and Kristen was amazing with the drinks and getting food. Accidently booked my room for one night instead of two and the front desk lady was able to straighten that issue out. Overall if I'm in the area again I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone and Kristen at the bar. It was nice to talk to Kristen.

Service only get 5 stars be because of Taneasha's service to us!! Wow,so I booked online with hotels.com it was supposed to be close to the event I was in town for. Im not familiar with the area so I had no clue exactly how far away. Until i spoke to front desk staff Taneasha J. I was tempted to cancel.and book.at another hotel closer. I expressed my concern for a unfamiliar hotel and How im use to Hilton hotels. She was so nice and welcoming. The only reason I deciced not to leave is because Tanesha J from the front Desk made me feel so welcomed. She was very professional. She literally acknowledged me soon as I walked in even handling another customeron the phone(many places do not when they are on the phone) I thought she was the manager, being she was the ony one dressed profession

Absolutely the worst hotel to stay in. Check-in started with being assigned a room that someone else was already in. Upon walking in with my family, we walked in on someone in the shower.Returned to the front desk and was given another room on the 4th floor. This is 4 pm (check-in time 3 pm) for reference. Upon arriving in this room, the cleaning staff was just starting the service.Returned to the front desk a 3rd time, with baggage fyi. Assigned another room and finally got settled.The A/C was lackluster and barely worked. An elevator would not go to the 4th floor and was routinely getting customers stuck. It was never shut down and taken out of service.The next morning the breakfast was 20 minutes late and the staff were rude about it.Upon checking out, I requested a partial refun

Watch your bank statement! I was told my security deposit was $100. I had $188 taken from my account. I was told it was a “hold” for a room fee I had already paid in full online. There is also a huge hole cut out in the ceiling next to the door.

Rooms: 5 stars, shuttle: 1 star Let’s start with the check in and rooms - check in was fast and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a stall style with a sliding door and the hot water was great. Fast forward to the 0315 shuttle… Yes, the weather was crap the night before but, as a general practice of safety it’s a good idea for the driver to be sure he knows how the windshield defrost works before driving a van full of people through snowy slick roads. Undeterred, he continued to drive until the windshield was nearly frosted over. Finally, he stopped and was trying to figure it out, while the van coasted straight into a curb and went up over the curb. Another passenger helped him figure out the defrost. In total, it was 5 curbs that were hit jostling everyone
