Holiday Inn Express Williamsbrg Busch Gardens Area by IHG

This is a great value hotel! My room was very clean, no bugs. My bed was very comfortable, and there is free wifi. The walls are good. I heard people in the hallway but I didn't hear people in the rooms next to me. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast wasn't the best, but good enough for the value. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, oatmeal, and cereal. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. It is very close to Busch Gardens.

My wife and I had a great stay here! Alisha, the manager, took great care of us. This hotel is in a quiet and very nice area only about five minutes away from the center of Williamsburg. It's just outside of the Kingsmill gated community with its PG Tour golf course. I think the hotel must have been totally renovated recently because everything looks new--the carpets and everything in the rooms and the lobby. It looks like it was just built and opened last month. The lobby had a wonderful Christmas tree that Alisha said she had decorated, and there were some really nice touches on it so I could tell she loves this hotel and she wants it to look special! I should add that this isn't the first time we've stayed here, we stayed last year too and it was great then too. That's why we came back

We stayed on a Saturday night in late November 2025. We arrived just after 10PM. We were visited Busch Gardens Williamsburg for Christmas Town all day and instead of spending the night driving all the way home we decided to splurge and get a hotel. Location of this hotel was great only being a few mins away from the park itself. There was only 1 elevator so it was quite slow waiting for it to go up and down. I think many folks staying here had the same idea we did staying here after a long day at the park. We had a 2 queen bed standard room (room 333). It was a bit smaller than we're used to but enjoyed the fact the sick was outside the toilet and shower room. There were only 3 towels when we arrived so we had to ask for more and these were some of the crunchiest towels I think I've us

My family stayed here after visiting Christmas Town at Busch Gardens. Convenient location and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. They offer a warm and delicious breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Busch Gardens. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express: Williamsburg Busch Gardens Area with my grandchildren, and we had such a wonderful time at this hotel. Check-in was quick and friendly; our room was spacious and clean. We arrived pretty late because we had traffic jams, so we just went to bed. Breakfast was great. There was plenty of food: scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and fresh coffee and tea. The reason we chose this place is that it is close to Busch Gardens, where we plan to spend time with my grandchildren. This was a memorable trip for me and my grandkids, and the Holiday Inn Express played a big part in that. Thank you so much for such great hospitality.
