Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wytheville by IHG

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Everything was stocked and fresh. Would have given a 5 star review, had it not been for a ridiculous $5 parking fee... per vehicle! We had 2 rooms and 2 vehicles, and had to pay $10. An obvious money grab! What kind of owner charges traveling customers to park at a hotel?

This is the best Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at. The staff are warm and welcoming. Our room was clean and smelled like fresh laundry, not overpowering scent, just a hint. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast offered hot and cold items. Hot items were freshly made. |I would stay here again.

Positive: Suites are SO spacious and nice. The coffee machines in the dining area are amazing!! Super easy to use and each cup is ground and brewed on the spot. Always hot 24/7 and super high quality, good tasting. Pool and hot tub are well-maintained. Negative: ""

Ok. The breakfast was great! Above average on the selection! And those cinnamon rolls were to die for! The hot tub and pool were clean and nice. The rooms were clean and looked new.

The staff is amazing, professional and the rooms are very clean. Top notch housekeeping. I stayed here off and on several times for 2 months and had different rooms each time. And each one had consistent problems with the thermostat or temperature problems with the refrigerator. Either the freezer wouldn’t freeze or the entire refrigerator would freeze everything inside, no matter what you dial the control to. The dials seemingly don’t control anything. The compressors ran constantly and that’s gotta be damaging to the unit and causing unnecessary expense to the hotel The thermostats are attached to dry wall and not studs so half were barely hanging on the wall. Two rooms I stayed in would not go below 68, none of the fan only options operate and the units will blow hot or cold air depen
