Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamsburg by IHG

Had an absolutely great 4 night stay at Williamsburg HI. D’avante was so welcoming and polite. Check-in was a breeze. This was the second HI we stayed in and we have one more to go. All facilities were spotlessly clean and the suite was amazing! Although it took 2 days and our fellow travelling companion to show us how to turn lights off and work the aircon. 😁🙄 We only use aircon for cooling, thanks again HI. Great hotel and Can at the front desk made us feel welcome! The lobby was open and clean and a great meeting space for me and my family to have dinner together. Clean, comfortable and a good price point. Not to far from Busch Gardens wither. Great stay and would stay again!

Stayed here for 4 nights and had to ask about the maids cleaning bc I got back for my second night and nothing had been cleaned and no new towels and etc plus one of the bed sheets had a brown mark on them so I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets, so I said something the next morning too the front desk and when I came back late that night I did notice that they cleaned up and gave me new clean towels and etc, but when I pulled back the sheets I noticed that brown mark was still there, I made a complaint the next morning. The whole time I was there they never once changed the bed sheets, I will not be staying here again and would advise other to do the same

My parents and I stayed for a short time, but we were met with the utmost hospitality and kindness during our stay here!! Our room was clean, the lobby is bright, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were fantastic. We met the general manager (Mina) and DJ. DJ is a fabulous baker and makes DELICIOUS cookies!! Each time we came to the lobby, they were asking if we needed anything and how we were doing. We really loved that there is an enforced quiet time from 9pm to 6am. People in the hotel seemed to all be respectful of one another in that regard! The breakfast bar was super yummy! If we stay in the area again, we will definitely come back to this Holiday Inn!! My wife and I booked this hotel based on a conference we were attending, which was a blessing for us. Upon arrival we were informed by the front desk representative that our conference was not at this location, but was a few minutes away from the hotel. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the businesses in the area. When we got to out room...OMG, the room was a comfortable temperature, extremely clean, and the amenities inside the room was way beyond what we expected. Especially the bathroom. No little square bars of soap and tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but instead there were dispensers with Dove brand soaps at the sink and in the shower. The WIFI was high speed so I got some work done. It was very quiet. The pool was not freezing. The breakfast had a variety of food for
