Positive: "" Negative: Roll in shower fold down seat was covered in mold, cracked, definitely needed completely replacement. Room had dehumidifier in room, tank was completely full and filter change light on. Mold extreme health concern and should be addressed immediately.

While this location was under construction for updates, meaning no exercise room, the hospitality that Mrs. Alexis showed us was more than enough to make up for the inconvenience of the lack of facilities and areas under construction. Her awesomeness made us feel not like we were walking into a business but into a welcoming home. Sincerely, room 132.

Hotel is undergoing renovation which should be finished in the near future, so the hotel itself is OK. The only complaint was the A/C unit which sounded like a plane engine each time it came on which needs to be addressed. However, we will not return due to the unbelievably clueless employee at front desk check-in. She was sitting down on her phone when we arrived & it seemed to be an unpleasant interruption for her to rise to accommodate a guest. Throughout the ENTIRE check-in process the ONLY words she spoke were: "Last name & your ID". She returned a small folder & key card but did NOT speak another single word. Nothing. She also did NOT ask for a credit card which is a first time EVER at any hotel, even when I use points for the stay as I did in this instance. We departed 30 minutes

Positive: breakfast Negative: The room was really damp upon arrival and there was a wet smell. I had to prop the door open to get the odor out and bring the room to a comfortable feel.The TV was not working correctly.

The whole place is kinda dated, worn out, and off-brand. My room has a strong mildew/mold smell that honestly makes me gag every time I walk in, but you get used to it pretty quick once you're in there. Other than that, the rooms seem clean enough, I guess, and the bed is comfy if you like a firmer matress. Good truck parking right on the street. Breakfast is standard for the chain.
