Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tooele by IHG

I recently stayed here for a work trip and really enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was also nice to see the hotel going through updates to keep the property looking fresh.

Positive: "" Negative: Heat would not work right, woke up freezing during the night. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Toilet made Terrible screeching noise when you flushed.

Best hotel experience I’ve had in awhile. Inviting decorated lobby, clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast. The person that does the breakfast does a wonderful job. Lots of fresh and healthy options for breakfast.

I'm generally a hotel snob. There are not a lot of choices in the Tooele area. As we booked, I was hesitant and hopeful. We got a suite because we had our son and his wife and three kids under 5. It was almost perfect. The pullout sleeper desperately needed a new mattress but for 4 and 5 year old it was fine. We brought a small portable crib for the baby. The temperature control was perfect and quiet. The curtains allowed us to sleep in. The pool provided great entertainment. The staff was truly good. The breakfast surprisingly diverse, healthy, and tasty. I usually stay on top floors to avoid noise and we were on a middle floor and there was no noise. We were right outside of an elevator and still no noise. It was exceptional for a two star hotel.

Excellent stay and the ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful to deal with. The location was unfortunately on the side of a busy road which made sleeping a little difficult but otherwise the stay was excellent!
