Holiday Inn Express & Suites Stevens Point by IHG

I had a fabulous stay over the weekend with my family. The entire hotel was updated. Everything especially our room was extremely clean and bright. Beds super comfortable. The continental breakfast was some of the best I’ve had! Eggs, potatoes, pastries, cereal, everything you could want. They even have new coffee machines that freshly grind and brew your coffee on the spot. Pool and hot tub were great, very clean. Above all the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. This will definitely be our hotel when we are in town visiting.

I stayed one night and it all went really well! The person at the desk was very kind and friendly and placed me in a room far away from the elevators, as I asked. She even gave me restaurant recs for the area. The room was big and perfectly clean. No complaints except that more firm pillows would be great. Overall, it was quiet, clean, easy, and the people were great!

Positive: This was a very nice hotel. Stopped after a very long day of traveling and was immediately greeted by hotel employee who was very cheerful so late in the evening. Morning staff were also friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was great. Negative: ""

We had a dog friendly room. It was spacious with a king sized bed and “living room” area that included the counter top with the coffee pot sink and refrigerator. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but it looked really nice. The breakfast was really nice, well stocked with cold things in the refrigerator and warm things in chafing dishes.
