Holiday Inn Express & Suites Phoenix East - Gilbert by IHG

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Check-in was easy and the room was clean. A good distance from the Mesa Airport. The pool was great! We ended up staying here twice and we only had planned on staying here once during our time in AZ. Our first room was very clean. Our second room was clean but had dirty walls. Great price!

I am a Hilton-Hampton loyalist, but was turned onto this location because of their superior reviews and competitive rates. I was so impressed by the consistently friendly front desk staff. This hotel was modern, clean and generally fantastic. Thanks for the stay and for turning me on to Holiday Inn express.

We stayed for 7 days. Room was very clean as were all the common areas. The front desk staff were very friendly. We asked for our room to be refreshed every other day and it was always ready when we returned at the end of the day.

Great Hotel to stay at! Staff were very accommodating and friendly! They helped me zip up my dress for a wedding I was attending. They were just overall a 10! I also loved that they had gluten free options for my breakfast , not all hotels are this accommodating. My room was cleaned every day, new sheets and towels everyday. Not every hotel does that everyday! When I come back to Arizona , I will be at that same hotel! Love Holiday Inn Express and Suites!

Traveled 6 hours for overnight stay for important appointment early next morning and was awaken at 2am to find out i was bitten few times. Found 4-5 bed bugs on my bedding and pillows. I didn't not go back to sleep. I couldn't get another room because they were fully booked. Was unpleasant stay. Becareful where every you decide to sleep while on travel. Check hotel Reviews. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional for that to happen. Packed up and Checked out recieved full refund..3 reviews down someone else mentioned dry blood on bedding a well..fyi.
