Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix/Gilbert

We have stayed in neighboring hotels in the past and while there are similarities, so far the staff has been very kind, helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our reservation, however, the desk clerk was quick to get the issues resolved and friendly. She even did what she could by offering us a bag with bottled waters and cookies as well as got us a little better room. The hotel while not built really recently has been kept up and has an overall feeling of welcoming and belonging. The hot breakfast was delicious with plentiful choices all around.

We stayed here to visit family in Gilbert, and this location ended up being perfect. Easy access to the main roads and freeway without much of the noise. Overall it was a good experience, but there were one or two small problems.||We chose a larger studio suite on the top floor, which was large and well-equipped. It even had a small balcony. The mattress was very comfortable, and we slept well. Getting to sleep at first wasn't so easy, though, due to a loud mechanical rumbling coming from the roof above our room. Presumably some kind of large air conditioner or something. Either way, the whole room rumbled and it was distracting. Otherwise, lovely. ||The staff was kind and helpful, providing a list of restaurants nearby. They had house-made cookies in the market (which were very yummy) and

First stay at this Hampton in Gilbert. We had multiple hotel options on this 3 day stay but chose the Hampton based on their high review ratings. The hotel lived up to their ratings! Very friendly and well trained staff throughout our stay. Clean rooms and hallways. Nice pool and typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Two complaints, our room facing both toward the interstate was noisey. The price which had likely been hiked recently due to the start of spring training. Overall, highhly recommend!

Positive: Breakfast Negative: They did not have our room ready when we arrived. This was disappointing since they promised it would be ready for the 2:00pm early arrival.

Great hotel, our 3rd stay at this location in the past 2 months! The staff here are amazing, the design of the hotel & decor are terrific. Comfortable & smart, thoughtfully designed. Very clean. Great pool & hot tub, as well as Fitness Room. Excellent breakfast every morning. Easy parking, safe area, so convenient. One tiny suggestion? The towels should be replaced, they are getting worn & frayed.
