Deanna had me checked in on record time without skimping on making me feel welcome. When I passed back through a few minutes later, she had checked in the 5 people who were behind me! Great front desk service. The room and the bed were great too. It's been months since I slept through the night. The bed gave me almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep! Your mileage may vary...

Let me open with saying that this hotel was fine. There were no fatal flaws or significant problems, and this appears to be a fairly new and clean property. There were a lot of little things, though. I'm not sure who the contractor who built this hotel was, but there were some definite QC issues. Specifically, the bathroom door didn't latch due to misalignment in the frame. The free-standing wardrobe wobbled and wasn't square. The toilet valve stuck multiple times. The desk chair was extremely squeaky. Fairly bright blinking light from something (wifi? fire?) occasionally at night. etc. Overall, the stay was fine. Breakfast was good, and they had a nice sized area for it. Check in was fast and staff was supper attentive, Front desk attendant Michelle I believe, was great super kind and friendly. I usually stay out in Wolforth, the other side of town but I'll be staying on this location moving forward. Overall great stay. It's nice when you arrive at hotels and the staff and everyone there greets you this way. All hotels should be this way! keep up the great work and thank you!!

The hotel was very nice and clean, well taken care of and had a great breakfast. Our only complaints were that we booked third party and didn’t realize that we accidentally booked a handicap room until we arrived. We asked if we could switch to a normal room but the man at the front desk said that he wasn’t allowed to make any changes to third party reservations. And the exit door right next to our room on the first floor was also very loud when it slammed shut and woke us up all through the night as people went in and out.

For about $200 a night this place is amazing! Five stars all around. I asked the front desk just in case if there wasn't a shower bench that I could call down and get one guess what there wasn't a shower bench and that's fine I called down and 5 minutes later there was a knock at the door here's a shower bench! By the time we called to the time we checked in till the breakfast this morning it has all been amazing! Holiday inn really stepped up their game!
