Fairfield Inn Las Cruces

The room would have been wonderful if I hadn't been put into a handicap room with no vanity or place in or near the bathroom for my toiletries. Other than that I was very happy with my stay until I checked out. I use a 3rd party booking company called CLC for business travel. My company wants a printout upon checking out so they can audit the bill from CLC each month as a precaution. Yet the tall blonde woman working this morning gave me grief for asking for a printout showing that I stayed for 2 nights. I will move back to SpringHill on the other side of town when I return tomorrow and here on out.

Upon checking into the hotel I was greeted and thanked for being a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member. I appreciate the recognition, because I have not always received courteous service at other Marriott properties. The staff for the most part was very courteous and professional. The room was comfortable and fairly clean. Nice amenity with pool and workout room. Hotel is conveniently located off the highway and was a good value for the money. The only thing lacking at the property was the breakfast and one of the dining staff. I understand that due to Covid that the property is limited to what they can serve. But the food was not even hot. And the first morning we were served by a courteous employee. Unfortunately the next morning there was no one serving food, and I simply asked the dinin

The hotel is located just outside the centre. Parking is free. There are dining options nearby.|The hotel has a spacious room. |The Fairfield isn't new, so there are signs of wear and tear. This also applies to the bathroom. Some areas have been patched up. The beds are comfortable but very soft. Breakfast was chaotic. The space where everything is set up was too small, and it wasn't replenished. Everyone asked, "Is there...?" while breakfast was still an hour and a half away. Either poorly organized or understaffed?|We had higher expectations for a Marriott Bonvoy chain hotel.

Decent Fairfield Inn, room was clean and efficient though could use better lighting in the Bathroom. Definitely not worth the money (as almost is always the case with Marriott properties) but had a very good point redemption rate, would stay again on points but never at their standard price.

Upon arrival were given a room that smelled awful just switched rooms. Now trying to go to bed bed with blood and hair inside bedding. Horrible Hotel blood on pillows, hair on pillows and bed sheets. Inside the shower. Do they clean these rooms? Elevator takes forever door trys to close multiple time before it does. Horrible Hotel do not recommend.
