Comfort Inn & Suites Klamath Falls

I’m not someone who normally leaves reviews at all, so the fact that I’m writing this should tell you how bad this place really is. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever stayed in. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years — you could literally see different colors of dirt in the floor. The room felt filthy the moment we walked in, and all night it felt like something was crawling on me. The ceilings had water stains, the bathroom tub looked extremely old and sketchy, and the entire room was badly outdated and poorly maintained. This hotel was absolutely PERFECT. Super quiet (most important to me) -- I slept really well. They even read and honored my room location request I entered when making my online reservation. Room was spacious, the cooling/heating unit was quiet, and I was able to run the fan continuously -- I like the white noise. Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower worked well and the water pressure was really good. Nice hot water! The breakfast room had plenty of tables and was quite comfortable. Bed and pillows comfortable, and everything was clean. I will choose this hotel again should I return to Klamath Falls.

This hotel doesn't look very new on the outside but inside is renovated and looks good. The pool was clean. The breakfast was ok for the price. The rooms were nice. Beds were clean soft and comfortable. Overall it is a nice hotel for the price. We came in from California early at around 8am and were able to check in early and ate breakfast that day. Nice budget hotel.

The carpet in our room, hallways and dining room were filthy! I spilled water in our room and used a towel to dry it, the towel was filthy from the carpet. The hotel was run down, the fixtures in the shower were old, the kleenex and toilet paper were cheap and ruff! The good were the people that worked there, the breakfast and lemon water, coffee and tea and a very comfortable bed.

This hotel is clean customer service is amazing due to Elenia she is the backbone to this hotel she should be manager she caters to customers every need . I am a special education teacher that just relocated to the area . She had treated me very kind while I have needed to stay at the hotel while my home rental is getting finished . This is the nicest hotel in Klamath .
