Holiday Inn Express & Suites Junction by IHG

Wonderful rooms with great service staff. Excellent breakfast as well. My only concern regarding the beds in the ADA rooms were at the same height as regular beds in regular rooms. In other hotels I've experienced they are wheelchair height for easier transfer. Despite the obstacles, Alicia was so helpful and even assisted in looking for a stepstool to accommodate my needs. Very thankful she was very accommodating. If I had no disability I would return.

This is a newer hotel and it is really nice. The lobby and breakfast areas are clean and welcoming. The rooms are large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure and alot of hot water! The breakfast choices are the best I have seen from any hotel - several types of eggs, sausages or bacon, biscuits, cinnamon rolls or pancakes, etc. There is literally something there for everyone. This is a really great hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.

Didn’t appreciate the call to my room before 11am to see if I was still in there after a long night of driving. It’s hard to go back to sleep after a loud call. After check out time, completely understandable, but before is crazy.

Friendly staff ! The lady at the front desk was helpful and very sweet! Super easy check in. The rooms were clean and big with all the amenities needed. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows . even the extra blankets and pillows were soft and fluffy. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a big variety. The biscuit and gravy were perfect! We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Junction Tx !

We truly enjoyed our stay. We felt safe. The room was comfortable and all the amenities were excellent. The free breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff members were friendly, professional, attentive and kind.
