Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jasper by IHG

I’ve been staying here for about 10 days during a very busy time of the year, and the staff has done an excellent job taking care of me. They worked hard to keep me in the same room the entire stay, which I really appreciated and made things much easier. The room has been a big plus, and the downstairs/front desk staff have been absolutely excellent very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I truly give them credit for working with me and making my stay comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

My family had absolutely no problems with the stay! The lady at the front desk was very kind and we had a simple check in procedure. The room was very nice. Had a clean, sleek look and feel to it. I personally really loved the lights that glowed from behind the wooden boards. Free breakfast was a plus, there wasn’t a lot of flavor with the breakfast, but I can’t complain to much about it. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would stay again if I am traveling in this area.

This was one of the most dirtiest and unkept hotels we have ever experienced among all of the different hotel chains that we have stayed. The check-in process began with the front desk asking for my photo ID, checking my photo ID, but then asking me to sign paperwork for a completely different guest that had yet to be checked in. ||On our the way to the room, the first thing we noticed was how visibly dirty the main lobby floors and carpeted hallway leading to our room was. After walking into our room and flipping on the bathroom light, we were greeted by a cracked tile below our feet. In addition, the tub had a very large surface stain, as well as what appeared to be water spots and/or mold on the ceiling above. My husband and I had a very nice stay for the first time in this particular hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean, updated and comfortable. I wish I had remembered to take pictures when we first got into our room to post. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Great front desk service, very clean and quiet. Only drawback to the room was the incredibly loud fan/heater/air conditioner wall unit. So loud and clangy it is basically unusable and needs to be fixed. Otherwise, spot on and great pace to stay.
