The office really tries to resolve your issue. The maintenance on the other hand are overworked or just don't care. The parking lot has never been cleared to my knowledge. However last year a maintenance worker cleared top steps once props to him matter of fact I thanked him.

Love this place I’ve lived here for five years. Cliff and Carolyn are such wonderful people. I’ve got a flower bed that I just love. There was a cat that would be on my porch every day when I came home. His name is Cookie and he filled that spot in my heart that was missing. Such a special fur kid. I think he was sent to me from above. We are still friends but he is older now. I am so grateful for Cliff and Carolyn they will always have a special place in my heart. For all they have done for me and Paul. Also she let me rescue a cat at her rental house. Tiger is my everything to me .I will never forget that Carolyn let me have that cat. I feel so blessed

I didn't even stay there. I went to pick up a friend with another friend of mine and got cussed out by random guest and had manager? I think or owners? threaten us to leave or or cops would be called. Before we walked to his room we had the managers/owners? Follow us around saying we shouldn't be there. They send our friends couldn't have guest and we couldn't stay with him. When we tried to explain we weren't there to stay just picking him up they kept talking about us how he can't party and we needed to wait by the road for him. Eventually my friend asked what we were doing to provoke them and they said they would call cops. While we walk to our car they followed us. We were actually really creeped out by this and didn't want to take friend back there in fear of more harassment and thre

I've visited friends here, but never stayed myself. The units I've seen are seriously run down. I can't see why anyone would want to live in these units, and I really don't understand why the owners charge as much as they do per week for these units. Looking at the owner's responses to other posts on here, it seems they don't care what anyone thinks about this place. Seriously, if you have the money to pay for one these units, you'd be better off renting a house! (Single rooms come out to over $800/month, and there are plenty of rooms and/or whole houses in Jasper for more reasonable rates.) I would never pay to stay in one of these units.
