Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Jasper

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was very nice and very clean. The queen suite was spacious and the beds and pullout couch were comfy! We ended up with a super neat view of the river and mill. Didn’t use the workout room but it looked extremely nice! Breakfast was good with plenty of options for our family. Great place to stay if going to Holiday World — get the best bang (cleanliness, updated and free breakfast) for your buck! Would stay here again and it is in a super cute area of Jasper.

Great location right in the middle of Jasper. Plenty of places to eat in the area and a really nice walking trail along the river is right outside the hotel. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I stay here every time I’m in town and have not had a bad experience once!

Okay here's my soap box talking time. We as in my wife and myself have Plantinum status as Marriott Bonvoy members. We frequent this establishment on occasion. As far as I understand being a platinum bonvoy member gives you a guaranteed check out of 4:00 pm. (If you request it and we always do at check in) I was sleeping and the room phone woke me up. A lady asked me if we was staying another night, I was still half asleep so I'm sure I sounded confused as I was. I politely told her we had a late check out of 4:00 pm. I asked her to look up the account to verify but I knew we had a late check out of 4:00 pm because I asked the nice lady who was having to run breakfast and the front desk to check and make sure we had a late check out and which she did even though she was having to work har

I stay here multiple times a year. Throughout my visits I have encountered a few issues but overall my visits are great. The staff is helpful and go above and beyond to fix any issues I have ever had. Shana & a housekeeper named Tammy have always been my two "go to" employees when I need something. The guy that works at night has helped me out a few times and is very knowledgeable about the location and things happening in the town. Hats off to all the staff!|The building itself has some issues... but that's no fault of the people who work there.
