I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were great, the room was very clean, and the bedding was good quality. The bed was comfortable with no sagging or signs of wear, and I appreciated the multiple pillows with embroidered cases labeled “soft” and “firm”—a really nice touch. Toiletries were provided, and breakfast was good enough for something quick and easy. The room also had a fridge/freezer and microwave, which I found very convenient. We chose this hotel for its location near a family reunion, and it was perfect for that. Very comfortable stay overall, and I would definitely return.

We love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until

Great, professional service starting from the front desk to everyone being friendly and professional. Saying hi and asking we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with fresh food and a nice hostess walking around making sure every was good. Front desk check out was easy and nice staff.

The ac unit was so noisy and for price that they charged i was inspecting a better room There's something else that makes a lot of noise every 5 minutes; it sounds like an elevator or something similar.

First hotel I have ever stayed in that required you to request a key from the front desk in order to use the downstairs bathroom. The ladies room is always locked 24/7. Standing in line to use a bathroom is not ideal. Also the room air conditioner fan cycles on and off all night and wakes you up. It cannot be set to run continuously.
