Holiday Inn Express & Suites Defiance by IHG

Wonderful, recently renovated hotel! It is located right off the highway with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms and halls are very clean. Great service at breakfast and good selection. The staff could not be more welcoming! Jess is top tier! She goes out of her way to make us feel like family.

Amazing staff! Jess at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very large, clean, and beds were comfortable. The Breakfast was very good. The biscuits and gravy were great! Definitely stay here! We highly recommend this hotel.

Good morning!!!!! I was just wanting to give props and a shout out to Jessica, Heather and the new gal Stacey at Holiday Inn Express in Defiance Ohio!!! We have been staying the past two night and these three women made our stay a wonderful experience! They were kind and courteous during check in. Answered a few random questions that I had and made our stay an easy one!!!!! Thanks again ladies for the quality customer care that you give!!!!

The staff was absolutely amazing. We needed multiple stays due to a family emergency and they want above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. The friendliness of the staff and the compassion shown during this difficult time was unmatched. As the title suggest...they truly exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If there were any short comings, it was that the USBs didn't always work to charge phones. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this location!

The woman with dark hair who walks around with a clipboard should NOT be in charge of any of the housekeepers if she is going to talk to them like they are garbage and not listen to what they have to say. She must be on some kind of power trip or something because the housekeepers do NOT deserve that crap.
