Best Western River City Hotel

My child is a first responders who works the overnight shift. I called ahead to make sure she would be able to check in in the morning so she could sleep prior to going back to work. They assured me it would not be a problem as they had plenty of empty rooms. I booked the room and paid. Then my child arrived and the staff told her they would not help her she would have to wait for the manager to arrive. The manager decided to show up a little before 11, I got on the phone with the manager who told me that it wasn't her problem and if I didn't like my child having to wait then I could find a different hotel and good luck getting my money back. Mind you my child is still in her uniform and had to be back at work at 6. I explained to this manager that my child is tired and needed to get some

I had a truly wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully spacious, which made everything feel even more relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of. I really appreciated the serene atmosphere and would absolutely love to stay here again!

The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. They have remodeled recently and did a good job. I would stay again.

The stay at this Best Western hotel was a wonderful experience! Starting with the booking to check in The room was excellent! The location was great! Checking out was the best as well! The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the breakfast. The breakfast was a bit less than I expected Don’t you if it was because it was on a Monday morning or if this is what they offer for breakfast everyday. Sorry I have no photos

We have stayed here several times so I know what I'm talking about. The rooms have been remodeled recently and they are very nice. The rest of the motel is currently being remodeled. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
