Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas - Duncanville by IHG

My experience at the Holiday Inn Express off of 67 in Duncanville has been the best hotel experience. Mechelle is so helpful so kind and has really went over and beyond my expectations. Housekeeping is great they so polite and kind as well. The manager is super helpful and ready to assist at any time. The location is perfect surrounded by many stores and restaurants I would recommend this holiday in. Express to family and friends.

This is a great location if you have to split time between Dallas and Arlington. Our room were clean. Noteworthy for an older property. Orrin at the front desk was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. Five stars for Orrin. Breakfast was easiest possible menu and repetitive over three night stay (same every day). Still we would stay again.

This hotel is always clean, well lit, and welcoming. When traveling for work it is always nice to have a safe welcoming environment to come to at the end of the day. All the staff here definitely made me feel welcomed and my travels a little lighter.

The room was really clean and the breakfast was pretty good. I didn't know the location of the hotel, but most of them are off the highway in this area. I had my mom and baby with me. The only issue I had was the bedbug. I started itching on my elbow when I was there on the second day but thought it was the body wash I had packed with me. I couldn't sleep the second night because I was itching so bad and had multiple red marks on my body. The morning of check out, I was getting my baby dressed, and there it was. A bed bug. I took pictures and let the staff know. Normally, I check the mattress, but I didn't check thoroughly this visit. I will do better next time. The general manager did let me know to contact the hotel if I have any issues after I leave.

So here I am again Writing a bad review in regards to a specific employee name DD on an incident that happened on 10/21/25 at 930 pm. I wrote a review the day after the incident happened, but apparently the hotel decided to remove it so that they can keep their ratings up so I’m going to write the same thing again and will continue until there is some Resolution. So first off I wanna say I had stayed at the hotel for a total of three nights the second night around 9:30 PM. I was approaching the front desk. There was a gentleman and a lady that were both sitting there at the front desk neither one of them acknowledged me or anything that I needed.
